RecoEarn Member Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• One person may not create multiple accounts to manipulate tracking, rewards, limits or quality controls.
• Accounts and referral links may not be sold, rented, transferred or shared without RecoEarn's permission.

RecoEarn provides access to selected performance-marketing offers and creates trackable referral links. RecoEarn may receive commission from advertisers, affiliate networks or other commercial partners when a qualifying action is attributed to those links.

RecoEarn is not the seller of third-party goods or services unless an offer expressly says otherwise. The advertiser remains responsible for its product, checkout, fulfilment, customer service and statutory consumer obligations.

• A click, lead or sale shown as tracked or pending is not guaranteed income.
• Commission becomes available only after the relevant advertiser or network approves the underlying transaction and RecoEarn applies the offer's member-share rules.
• Cancelled, refunded, duplicate, fraudulent, self-referred or otherwise ineligible transactions may be rejected or reversed.
• Advertisers and networks can change rates, validation periods, eligibility criteria and programme availability. RecoEarn may update or withdraw an offer to reflect those changes.
• RecoEarn does not guarantee a minimum number of offers, clicks, sales, conversions or earnings.

You must follow the RecoEarn Publisher Standards and every restriction attached to the specific offer you promote.

• Affiliate advertising must be clearly identifiable as advertising where required by applicable advertising rules or the channel used.
• Do not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about products, prices, discounts, availability or likely earnings.
• Do not spam, cookie-stuff, force clicks, manipulate attribution, fabricate leads or conceal the ultimate traffic source.
• Do not use paid search, brand bidding, incentives, cashback, email, social media or other traffic methods where the advertiser has prohibited them.
• You are responsible for content you publish and for complying with the rules of the website, app or social platform where you share it.

RecoEarn may review traffic, request placement evidence, pause a source or referral link, delay a payout request, or restrict an account where there is a reasonable fraud, compliance, security or advertiser-rule concern.

Serious or repeated breaches may lead to removal from offers, reversal of ineligible commission, account suspension or closure. RecoEarn will not knowingly confiscate valid approved earnings simply as a penalty; any withholding or reversal must relate to a genuine eligibility, fraud, legal, network, advertiser or payment issue.

Payouts are governed by the Rewards & Payout Policy. Identity, tax or payment-account verification may be required before funds are released. Members are responsible for understanding and declaring their own tax liabilities unless the law requires RecoEarn to deduct or report an amount.

RecoEarn may update these terms where necessary for legal, security, product or affiliate-network reasons. Material changes will be presented clearly before they take effect where practical. Continued use after an effective change may require renewed acceptance.

The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security incidents, supplier outages or other operational reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
